- Responsible for troubleshooting customer Grievances/Complaints.
- Visiting Customer’s house for giving Service for Air Conditioner/Refrigerator/Washing Machine/Water Purifier
- Manage call assign respectively and provide better service experience.
- Assisting in installing the equipment, analyzing, inspecting and identifying solution to the problem.
- Reviewing the repairs, the products part, testing and maintaining equipment i.e. Part installed etc.
- Service engineer needs to monitors performance of the product & provide guidance on maintaining the product.
- Develops and maintains valuable relations with the customers.
- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
