Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Gender: Females Only

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Process: Blended Process (Voice + Chat)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through calls and chat.

* Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

* Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly approach.

Requirements

* Basic English communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Female candidates only.

* Comfortable working 6 days a week in an on-site role.
