Position: Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Production

Location: Hajipir - Kutch

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor chemical production processes as per SOPs.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality standards.
- Handle batch processing / continuous chemical operations.
- Maintain process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and reaction time.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and EHS teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Troubleshoot process issues and production deviations.
- Maintain production records, batch reports, and documentation.
- Support process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead and supervise shift operators and plant technicians.





Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of chemical plant operations.
- Understanding of P&ID;, reactors, distillation, filtration, drying, etc.
- Knowledge of GMP / ISO / EHS standards.
- Ability to handle shift operations in manufacturing plants.
- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech -Chemical

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
