Responsibilities

Design the end-to-end CAT curriculum and the sequence students move through
Set mock difficulty calibration so percentile predictions stay honest
Mentor top aspirants directly and feed what you learn back into the product
Work with Content and AI to translate pedagogy into product
Own academic quality across every section

Requirements

5+ years in CAT/MBA-entrance academics, including curriculum ownership
Track record of students achieving strong outcomes under you
Ability to turn teaching instinct into a system others can run
Credibility with serious aspirants

Preferred Skills

Nice to have,

Experience with psychometrics or assessment calibration
A public teaching presence
Experience across other exams (XAT, SNAP, GMAT)
