Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Sr. Backend Developer
with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade backend applications using Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GCP, and SQL, with proven leadership capabilities in delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE following multi-tier architecture principles.
- Develop scalable applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud,
and Hibernate.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with AWS or Azure is an added advantage.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices with knowledge of API Management Gateways.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of NoSQL databases is desirable.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, SONAR, and Rundeck.
- Ensure security best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including secure coding standards.
- Analyze user stories, provide effort estimates, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Lead a team of 10–15 developers in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
