Summary
UST is looking for an experienced and technically proficient
Technical Project Manager (TPM)
with
8–12 years of experience
to lead custom software development initiatives across web, mobile, application, database, and AWS cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving projects from requirement gathering through solution delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements.

The Opportunity
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of custom software development projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders,



architects, developers, QA, DevOps, database teams, and other cross-functional teams to plan and deliver solutions across web, mobile, CI/CD, and AWS cloud platforms.

The role requires robust project management, stakeholder engagement, technical collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of custom software development projects across web and mobile platforms, including CI/CD and AWS deployments.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and expected quality standards.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
