Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a role of a Manager – Financial and Actuarial for the Insurance vertical. In this role, the Manager will split time between delivering high-quality financial analysis and managing team operations and stakeholder relationships. From people perspective this role will Lead and manage a team of 20+ colleagues, ensuring effective workload management, collaboration,



and high performance across deliverables.
From work perspective this role involves supporting the US branch with end-to-end financial reporting activities, including Forecasting, Claims Projection, IBNR estimation, Contribution Modeling, and Plan Design Modeling.
The Manager will collaborate closely with Client Managers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables for assigned accounts. In addition to technical responsibilities, the role includes mentoring team members, driving process improvements, and facilitating effective communication across onshore and offshore teams.
A robust understanding of US Health Insurance regulations, experience in financial analysis, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership capabilities, analytical rigor, and a commitment to delivering client-focused solutions
