Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Executive with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in FMCG. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, etc, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and seamless coordination with production, procurement, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export activities for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, etc. Also take care of local logistics as well.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines,



and transporters to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, and other statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FEMA, GST, and other applicable import/export regulations.
- Monitor shipment schedules to support uninterrupted production and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate with the procurement, planning, warehouse, production, quality, and finance teams for smooth execution of import/export activities.
- Track shipments, customs clearance, and delivery timelines, resolving any delays proactively.
- Maintain records related to import/export transactions, duty payments, licenses, and compliance documentation.
- Support audits and ensure accurate documentation for statutory and internal compliance.
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service
