Kompass India is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives with 1–2 years of experience in B2 B Sales to join our growing sales team.
What You'll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

✅ Identifying and acquiring new B2 B clients across industries.

✅ Promoting Kompass' flagship business solutions:
Kompass Easy Business – A powerful B2 B database providing access to decision-makers across 70+ countries . Kompass Booster – A digital marketing solution that enhances online visibility and generates qualified global business enquiries. ✅ Conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, Linked In, and virtual meetings.

✅ Understanding customer business requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

✅ Preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms,



and closing sales.

✅ Building long-term client relationships while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

✔ 1–2 years of experience in B2 B Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
✔ Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred: B2 B Database Sales Media & Advertising Digital Marketing Saa S B2 B Portals IT Services Business Information Solutions
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a successful career in enterprise sales.

✔ CRM knowledge and digital sales experience will be an added advantage.
