About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships in a quick-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in tech, digital solutions, or real estate, who bring both strategic thinking and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across tech, digital, or real estate verticals Own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent target achievement Mentor or support junior team members when required

Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development Proven track record in Tech, Digital, Saa S,



or Real Estate industry Experience in an agency, real estate firm, or high-growth startup is preferred Understanding of digital solutions, such AR/VR, VFX, and Saa S products, is a plus Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
