Senior/Principal Scientist:

* 10+ years of experience in CRO with hands-on experience in LCMS/Prep.
HPLC/NMR/HPLC method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.

* Proficiency in various purification techniques.

* Strong understanding of various column chemistries.

* Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.

* Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.

* Provide guidance and support across different shifts to ensure the timely
delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.

* Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative
and performance-driven environment.

* Have a passion for Prep. HPLC/LCMS /NMR/HPLC analysis and characterization
techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.

* Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other
departments.





* Creative thinking to spot new techniques and growth opportunities.

* Be highly organized with the ability to work independently as well as
maintain team cohesion in a fast-paced environment.
