Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service,

sales, and administration

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase profitability
Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take

corrective actions

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial

needs, and provide appropriate solutions

Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, provide training and development

opportunities, and ensure high levels of employee engagement

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies,



and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Represent the bank in the local community and participate in networking events to

Qualifications
