We’re looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter specializing in IT & Non-IT recruitment to join our HR team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across various departments, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and contributing to our HR team’s strategic goals

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to support a strong pipeline of candidates
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
Coordinate interview rounds and support candidates throughout the hiring process
Track and manage candidate data in the ATS to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up

Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT roles
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and referrals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a quick-paced startup or tech environment
Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws
