Role Overview

AutomationEdge is looking for a Senior Engineer – Professional Services to design, develop, and implement enterprise automation solutions for global customers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RPA development, Java Selenium automation, API integrations, and a strong customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design scalable automation solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using RPA platforms.
Build and integrate solutions using REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and project timelines.
Collaborate with customers, business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare technical documentation and support solution deployment and knowledge transfer.
Recommend best practices and continuously improve automation processes.




Required Technical Skills
Must Have

Hands-on experience in any leading RPA platform:
AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Or similar automation technologies
Experience in REST APIs, API integrations, and Web Services
Good understanding of automation design principles and software development best practices.
Good to Have
Experience with Python or .NET
Automation Testing experience
Knowledge of OCR/IDP solutions
Exposure to AI/ML, Cognitive Automation, or Generative AI
Desired Skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong focus on quality, standardization, and timely delivery.
Self-driven with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
