Proponcall Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in “Real Estate Marketing" and a strategic mindset to drive brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Google & Meta ads
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI
- Lead Digital & Social Media Marketing team through strategy planning, execution, and performance analysis
- Manage and mentor the marketing team & resolve their queries
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing goals with business targets
- Build brand awareness and strengthen market presence

Requirements:

✔ Experience of 7-8 years in Real Estate Marketing

✔ Expertise in campaign planning and execution

✔ Team handling and leadership skills

✔ Solid analytical and communication skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
