- Role: Convert warm inbound leads into confirmed bookings by consulting pilgrims on customized or group "Umrah packages"
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end phone/chat sales, clearly address customer requirements, overcome objections, and maintain CRM pipelines.
- Requirements: Proven inside sales track record, strong persuasive communication, target-driven mindset, and deep knowledge of Makkah/Madinah hospitality options.
- Objective: Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas while delivering a trustworthy and smooth booking experience for pilgrims.
