Job Title: MIS Executive

Role Objective

The MIS Executive will be responsible for the aggregation, analysis, and reporting of financial and operational data across the group's 30+ companies. You will play a critical role in supporting the month-end closing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory tracking records and ensure accurate stock check on a regular basis.
- Handle inward and outward entries of material in ERP and MIS reports.
- Perform data preparation and MIS critical reporting for management review.
- Manage and update sales and purchase data in ERP/MIS systems.
- Prepare and process Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) as per business requirements.
- Monitor and report daily production tracking and coordinate with production teams.
- Ensure accurate ERP management, data integrity, and timely updates.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for inventory, sales, purchases, and production.
- Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and support audits and reconciliations.




- Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth data flow.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of MIS critical reporting and data handling
- Hands-on experience with ERP management (SAP/Tally/Oracle/other ERP preferred)
- Good understanding of inventory tracking, inwardoutward process, stock check
- Familiarity with sales and purchase documentation, CN & DN
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS dashboards)
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel ( Pivot Tables, and Complex Formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
- Excellent knowledge of MIS procedures, Excellent decision-making abilities.
