Monitoring and Tracking of Time Sheet, login hours, assigning department work.
Clearing old stocks by tracking PO numbers
Educating the team regarding quality guide lines
Coordinate with QA Team and ensure proper clearing processes are followed
Coordinate with PPC Team by tracking the goods and help in moving the goods to the shipment process
Coordinate with Made-ups Team to ensure there are no counting issue , QA issues, poly pack issues etc
Coordinate with FG Team in case of packing issues before the shipment
Meeting daily production target and report the overall summery to Higher Management.
