Tint Tone and Shade is looking for a results-driven Business Manager to drive business development, sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Bangalore.
This is an Individual Contributor role for a commercially strong professional with proven experience in the Interior Design / Home Interiors industry .
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue growth for the Bangalore market.
- Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into interior design projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.
- Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with homeowners and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth client handover.
- Prepare, present, negotiate, and close commercial proposals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to improve conversions.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Handle commercial negotiations and ensure profitable closures.
- Contribute to business growth initiatives and market expansion.
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Home Interiors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong experience in lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the home interiors / interior design sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business targets.
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree/diploma preferred.
A background in Interior Design or Architecture will be an added advantage , but relevant interior-industry sales experience is more important.
