About the Role

ACN Motors is looking for a Service Advisor Trainee / Junior Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in Madurai.

This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in the automobile industry and want to build a career in customer service and automotive service operations.

The selected candidate will work closely with customers and the workshop team to understand vehicle concerns, coordinate service requirements, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Receive vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians to identify service and repair requirements.
- Prepare and explain service estimates to customers.
- Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle repair and service progress.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, service, repair and delivery processes.
- Explain completed work and service recommendations to customers.
- Maintain proper service records and documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and future requirements.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in automobile service, customer service or a related field are preferred.
- Basic knowledge or interest in automobiles is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Hindi-speaking ability is preferred.
- Willingness to learn automotive service processes.
- Candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in the automobile industry are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Educational Background
- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
