Looking for a Hydraulics Sales Manager with our European MNC

Experience in Hydraulic Motors, Power Transmission Components, Wheels, Material Handling Machinery is a MUST

Should be an Engineer with 15+ years of experience, preferably. Base location: Bangalore

Job description

- Manages Existing Customers in sales territory; Automotive , Hydraulics
- Prospect recent markets and new customers to develop territory‘s sales and Clients presence;
- Make sure Client is aware of all relevant customer projects in sales area;
- Elaborates the technical / commercial propositions of standard products, or custom designed solutions, with respect to Company pricing policies;
- Work closely with Application Engineering to make sure that contract review is applied according to group rules;
- Supervise outstanding payments. Makes sure there is no credit insurance overrun and takes the necessary actions if necessary;




- Make sure that customer forecasts are being taken into account by Company factories;
- Send a monthly report to the Subsidiary Manager;
- Forward to the Commercial & Marketing Direction in France all relevant information regarding market approach,customer and competitors;
- Work to achieve his assigned targets in terms of prototype points, number of visits and respect of group sales policy (example: price increases, quarterly focus visits; technical days organization...).

Activities OEM:

- Set up the annual commercial targets along with company Direction;
- Train, motivate and visit OEMs in the field;
- Guarantee the pertinence between technical proposal and the quotation to optimize sales and margin;
- Make sure Distribution disengagement contracts are respected;
- Suggest new sales organisation if required.
