The ideal candidate will bring 8–11 years of hands-on experience in a reputed advertising agency, with proven expertise in client relationship management, strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities • Act as the strategic lead and senior point of contact for key clients • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital mainline) • Oversee and guide internal teams — creative, strategy, media, digital, and production • Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns • Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance reports • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet/exceed client expectations • Build robust, trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth • Mentor and manage account management teams to deliver at a high standard • Stay ahead of industry trends, market insights,
