Redvisa's short-form videos reach thousands of people every week who are trying to build a life in Canada. We're moving our content operation in-house, and this is the first and most significant hire: the person who will ideate and write every script alongside our founder. About Redvisa Redvisa is a Toronto-based, licensed Canadian immigration consulting firm (RCIC-led). We help clients with study permits, work permits, Express Entry, provincial nominee programs, and complex work permit categories. Our growth is driven by educational short-form content — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok — delivered in Hinglish and English to an audience across India and Canada. About the role Twelve months from now, you'll own a content engine: a weekly ideation rhythm with the founder, a bank of researched, ready-to-shoot scripts, and a track record of videos that consistently outperform our agency-era numbers. You'll write across all of the founder's businesses, with Canadian immigration as the core. What you'll do Run weekly ideation sessions with the founder — bring researched ideas, argue for the best ones, and kill the weak ones Research IRCC policy updates, program changes, processing trends, and real case outcomes before writing a single line Write 50 short-form video scripts per month in Hinglish and English, built around strong hooks and tight retention Turn founder rough ideas, client wins,



and news events into shootable scripts within 24–48 hours Maintain the content calendar and idea bank across multiple brands Study performance data and iterate — what got watched, what got skipped, and why What we're looking for Required: 2 years writing content people chose to consume: scripts, reels, newsletters, or social copy with measurable results Natural, conversational written Hinglish and fluent English A research habit — you verify before you write, and you can read a government policy page and turn it into a 30-40-second story Comfortable with feedback loops: pitch, get challenged, revise, ship Preferred: Experience writing for a creator, agency, or brand in the immigration, study-abroad, or education space Familiarity with short-form frameworks (hooks, open loops, retention editing) Experience working directly with a founder or on-camera talent What we offer Competitive pay — above market for the right person, reviewed after a 90-day probation with clear targets.
