Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic STEM Teacher / Trainer to conduct hands-on STEM workshops and training sessions for Grade 1 to Grade 9 students in schools.
The ideal candidate should have a strong classroom presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching technology through practical, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging, hands-on STEM sessions in schools for Grade 1–9 students
Teach concepts related to coding, electronics, robotics, IoT, and AI
Conduct practical activities, projects, and workshops
Manage classrooms and engage students of different age groups
Support and train school teachers when required
Help students build and troubleshoot STEM projects
Contribute to improving lesson plans, activities, and curriculum based on classroom experience
Travel to different schools for workshops and training sessions

Required Experience & Skills Minimum 2+ years of school classroom teaching/training experience
Experience working with students from Grade 1 to Grade 9
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Comfortable conducting physical, in-person workshops in schools
Hands-on knowledge of Arduino, sensors, and basic electronics




Knowledge/experience with ESP32 and IoT
Knowledge of Block-Based Coding such as Scratch/Blockly
Knowledge of Python programming
Basic understanding of robotics and STEM projects
Passion for hands-on, activity-based learning

Good to Have Experience in STEM/Robotics education
Experience with AI/ML educational tools such as Teachable Machine
Knowledge of C++, MicroPython, Blynk, Firebase, or ThingSpeak
Experience designing STEM projects, lesson plans, or curriculum
Experience training teachers or conducting teacher workshops
Experience with 3D printing, PCB design, or advanced robotics

Key – Before Applying 2+ years of school classroom teaching/training experience is mandatory.
Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai .
This is a full-time, on-site role .
Candidates must be comfortable conducting offline/in-person sessions in schools .
Online-only teaching experience does not qualify for this role.
Candidates must be comfortable travelling to schools, primarily across Bandra to Dahisar .
Travel outside Mumbai or India may occasionally be required. Official travel logistics will be managed by the company.
