Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month + High-Performance Incentives
Experience: 2+ years in Real Estate Sales

Lead a small, high-performance sales squad
Handle and close bigger-ticket opportunities
Mentor Growth Associates into future Growth Captains
Work directly with leadership — no unnecessary red tape, no “wait for approval” culture
