About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Manager, SEO to lead strategy, execution, and performance across a client portfolio, with full accountability for results and client relationships. Experience with tools like Claude, building AI workflows, creating agents, or driving automation initiatives will be a strong added advantage. This role focuses on connecting data, SEO strategy, and business goals while guiding teams and ensuring consistent delivery. You should have strong technical understanding, clear planning skills, and confidence in leading client conversations. Active use of AI tools to improve efficiency and insights is expected.

What You'll Do

Core Requirement
5–6 years of hands-on SEO experience with ownership of organic performance across multiple accounts
Strong, practical experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT in day-to-day SEO workflows
Proven ability to build AI workflows, create agents, and implement automation to improve efficiency, scale, and output quality

Technical SEO
Diagnose and resolve JS-based indexation challenges across Angular, React and Next.js frameworks; fix crawl-blocking elements and caching failures
Audit JavaScript rendering, third-party scripts and CSS for page speed impact; recommend fixes for images, scripts and agile serving configurations
Handle soft 404s, static parameter management during URL rewrites and URL migrations within or across subdomains
Own GSC insights across Indexation, Experience and Enhancement reports — actionable recommendations tied to KPI impact, not just audits

Keyword Research & Content Strategy
Finalise keyword sets from GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Keyword Planner and SimilarWeb; classify by intent and SOV benchmarks
Build logic-based meta tag templates (title, meta description, H-tags, alt text) that scale across thousands of URLs
Identify content gap opportunities and create a periodical execution plan tied to target KPIs
Review all content for keyword placement, density, CTA relevance and word length before client sign-off

Blog & Programmatic Content
Build Hero-Hub blog strategy for high-traffic,



high-competition keywords; set up topical and seasonal opportunity alerts
Prioritise blog calendar by traffic potential, conversion potential, keyword difficulty and seasonality; translate into monthly/quarterly/annual publishing plans
Draft briefs covering topic, word count, keyword instances, internal linking, creative direction and CTA placement
Plan programmatic page variations (comparison, filter, FAQ); draft rollout plan for all identified variations

Link Building
Translate link gap analysis into annual plans per keyword: target count, DA distribution and anchor text strategy
Build monthly execution plans; shortlist target domains; create blogger syndication plans with relevant topic clusters
Use AI to draft outreach at scale and score prospects by relevance, authority and spam risk

Analytics, Reporting & Performance
Audit GA4 setup; extract and report on e-commerce, conversion, audience and channel-level data
Run competitor SOV analysis via Rankwatch; extract landing page opportunities from Ahrefs; identify right competitors via SimilarWeb market analysis
Identify source of performance drops or growth; draw outcomes tied to digital channels, search trends and seasonality
Own weekly performance trackers, daily KPI dashboards and Looker Studio reporting for stakeholder visibility
Use AI to auto-interpret GA4/GSC exports, draft performance commentary and merge tool exports into clean datasets

Planning & Strategy
Convert performance targets into monthly and quarterly SEO plans with defined impact areas (pages/keywords) and expected outcomes
Plan individual activities with impact areas, dependencies and KPI contribution
Incorporate latest SEO best practices; run quarterly pilots to test incremental growth from new search innovations

App Store Optimisation (ASO)




Benchmark app install performance and ASO parameters via Apptweak; conduct app keyword research and competitor audits
Perform review sentiment analysis; recommend actions to close rating and review gaps
Client Communication & Leadership
Lead client calls with all data prepared; share MOMs within 24 hours; document all findings outside planned activities
Share SEO industry updates with a clear agency POV and recommended next steps for clients
Manage and mentor the execution team; review all deliverables before client submission
AI-proof all client-facing documents for clarity, tone and accuracy before sending

Experience & Technical Skills

Solid link building: gap analysis, annual backlink planning, DA distribution, blogger syndication
Working knowledge of ASO: Apptweak, keyword research, review sentiment analysis
