Position: Regional Sales Manager- Karnataka

About the Role

The Regional Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth within designated region- Karnataka.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 3 members to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and achievement of regional targets.
To handle sales activities of all Products of Company's which includes oil, coolant and water chillers for process cooling.
To lead and mentor a team size of 3 sales personnel based in Karnataka.
Develop and implement regional business plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategies.
To ensure high customer satisfaction with timely response on delivery of products and service.




Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer feedback promptly.
Foster a culture of high performance and accountability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA could be an advantage.
5 to 10 years of experience with 3-5yrs in a people leading role.
Proven track record of achieving business growth.
