Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to 5-star standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and handling linen. The role includes managing laundry tasks, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. The Housekeeping Associate interacts professionally with guests, responds to housekeeping requests, and coordinates with the front office and other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. The role may also involve assisting with training new team members and supporting special event setups in banquet and common areas.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Laundry skills, including handling, sorting, cleaning, and care of linens and guest garments.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members and supervisors.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle guest requests courteously and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage daily cleaning schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain housekeeping records.
- Candidates should possess the ability to support Training activities for new housekeeping staff, sharing best practices and hotel standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, lifting, pushing carts, and moving equipment safely.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures, chemical handling, and use of housekeeping equipment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
