Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to manage and grow our organic search presence across digital platforms. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies that drive measurable traffic and lead generation.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.
Location: On-site, Lucknow
Type: Full-Time
Salary: 2 LPA – 4 LPA

Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and develop SEO content strategies.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Build and manage backlink profiles through white-hat link-building techniques.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team.
- Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics monthly.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
Strong Proficiency In:
- Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
- Yoast SEO or Rank Math (WordPress)
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles.
- Experience with local SEO and schema markup is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce SEO.
- Familiarity with content marketing and blogging.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization.
