Role Description The Franchise Development Manager is a full time, in office role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving franchise expansion and nurturing franchise relationships. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and qualifies prospective franchise partners, manages the sales cycle from initial inquiry to agreement, and conducts market research to support business planning. The Franchise Development Manager coordinates lead generation activities, such as campaigns and outreach,



and maintains accurate records of prospects and pipeline status. The role also involves delivering training and onboarding support to new franchisees, collaborating with internal teams to refine franchise offerings, and tracking performance metrics to ensure franchise growth targets are met.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Franchise Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing end-to-end franchise acquisition cycles.
- Candidates should possess Business Planning and Franchising expertise, including market analysis, financial projections, and understanding of franchise models and agreements.
