Role Overview:
nAs a SaaS Curriculum Product Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, you will drive the strategy and development of learning experiences that help customers successfully adopt and use Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions. You will partner with HCM product experts, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to translate complex product capabilities and new features into engaging, easy-to-understand learning content and structured learning journeys. This is a global, highly collaborative role, working closely with Curriculum Development, Product Development, IT Services, Sales, Marketing, and Global Delivery teams to ensure learning content remains aligned with product releases, customer needs, and adoption goals.
nAbout Team:
nOracle University's SaaS Product Management team is responsible for the successful design, development, testing and rollout of all learning products for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications - Global HR, Talent, Workforce Management, and Payroll.



The team is also responsible for creating Digital content and Subscription based offerings for customers.

nWe are seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager with strong Oracle Fusion HCM functional expertise to lead the development, management, and delivery of learning content for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and customer adoption/training, along with a solid understanding of HCM business processes. You will bring excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex Oracle Fusion HCM functionality into clear, intuitive, and effective learning experiences and training materials that drive customer adoption and success.
