Ru Collective is looking for a multidisciplinary creative who enjoys wearing multiple hats and bringing ideas to life across different formats.
nThis entry level role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable designing a brand identity, creating illustrations, editing a reel, or adding motion to static designs. We care less about job titles and years of experience, and more about your ability to think creatively, solve problems, and produce strong work.
nWhat You'll Do

- Design wedding invitations, stationery and event collateraln
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for weddings and eventsn
- Create custom illustrations, motifs, monograms, patterns and visual assetsn
- Design social media content, brand assets and presentationsn
- Assist with branding and visual identity projectsn
- Edit videos for social media and marketing campaignsn
- Create basic motion graphics and animationsn
- Support creative ideation and campaign developmentn
- Adapt designs across both digital and print formatsn
- Work across different visual styles,



clients and industriesn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- Robust understanding of design fundamentals, layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchyn
- Robust illustration skillsn
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)n
- Proficient in Drawing & other Artistic skills (Procreate)n
- Basic to intermediate skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent toolsn
- Ability to adapt to different visual styles and industriesn
- Strong attention to detail and ownership over your workn
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesn
