Architecture That Moves Industry Forward | Industrial & Logistics Architect
nAre you an Architect with 8–10 years of experience who can turn complex industrial requirements into productive, buildable spaces?
nWe're looking for an Architect – Industrial & Logistics to drive architectural design and coordination across industrial facilities, PEB warehouses, logistics parks, ICDs, warehousing and agri-logistics projects.
nWhat you'll be responsible for:

- n
- Lead architectural concepts and detailed design for large-scale industrial & logistics developmentsn
- Drive architectural design for PEB warehouses, focusing on space optimization and operational efficiencyn
- Plan and coordinate interior fit-outs for administrative blocks, offices and control roomsn
- Prepare BoQs, tender documents and tender drawingsn
- Review DPRs, DBRs, consultant designs and IFC drawingsn
- Evaluate vendors, technical bids, drawings and material specificationsn
- Coordinate with structural, MEP,



project management and external design teamsn
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements and industry standardsn
- Conduct site visits, resolve design queries and support constructability/value-engineering initiativesn

nWhat we're looking for:
n
- n
- B.Arch & M.Arch from a recognized institutionn
- 8–10 years of relevant architectural experiencen
- Strong exposure to industrial structures, PEB warehouses, logistics/warehousing and agri-logistics projectsn
- Hands-on proficiency in AutoCADn
- Revit, SketchUp and Navisworks knowledge will be an advantagen
- Strong understanding of BoQ, cost estimation and tenderingn
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skillsn
