1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer / Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, and DevOps automation.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and supporting highly available and scalable application platforms. The role requires strong experience in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, deployment automation, monitoring, release management, and production support.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, hands-on, and capable of driving DevOps best practices across development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and support Kubernetes-based container orchestration platforms.
- Manage Docker Enterprise and containerized application environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Design and manage AWS infrastructure for application deployment, operations, and monitoring.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Implement deployment and environment automation across development, testing, and production environments.
- Support application releases, production deployments, and release management activities.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement reusable DevOps automation frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.

3. Mandatory Technical Skills A. DevOps & Containerization




- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Docker / Docker Enterprise.
- Experience in containerized application deployment and management.
- Experience implementing DevOps processes and practices.
- Strong experience in environment automation and standardization.
- Experience troubleshooting container and deployment-related issues.

B. AWS Cloud

Robust hands-on experience with AWS services, including:

- Amazon EC2
- AWS IAM
- Amazon S3
- Amazon CloudWatch
- AWS Lambda
- AWS deployment and operational support
- Cloud infrastructure management
- Cloud monitoring and troubleshooting
- Basic cloud security and access-control concepts

C. CI/CD & DevOps Automation
- Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions / GitHub CI/CD.
- Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Deployment and release automation.
- Automated environment provisioning.
- Build and deployment pipeline management.
- Version control and branching strategies.
- Experience implementing reusable automation frameworks.

D. Infrastructure & Platform Administration

Experience managing infrastructure and platform environments across:

- Linux / Unix
- Windows Server
- Kubernetes platforms
- Container platforms
- Server configuration and troubleshooting
- System patching and maintenance
- Platform support and administration
- Production environment troubleshooting

E. Application / Web Servers

Hands-on knowledge of administration, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of application/web servers:

- WebLogic
- WebSphere
- Tomcat
- Nginx
- Application deployment and troubleshooting
- Server configuration
- Performance tuning and optimization

Experience with application, infrastructure, and cloud monitoring, including:

- Application monitoring

- Operational support and issue resolution

4. Required Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of relevant hands-on DevOps experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Experience supporting production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation.
- Experience working across development, testing, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
