Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Salesforce AI Engineer
/ Agent Orchestration Specialist who can design, develop, and scale
intelligent agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have
robust expertise in Agent Orchestrator, Agent Flows, Salesforce
platform (Apex & Flows), and a solid understanding of
platform-agnostic AI capabilities to drive end-to-end automation and
customer experience transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven agent workflows using Agent Orchestrator and
Agent Flows

Build scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex,
Flows, and integrations

Translate business requirements into intelligent automation use cases across
channels (email, chat, messaging)

Integrate platform-agnostic AI capabilities ( automation frameworks) into
Salesforce ecosystems
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to
deliver end-to-end AI solutions

Define and implement best practices for orchestration, automation, and AI
governance

DriveUAT readiness, testing strategies, and production stability for
AI-enabled features

Troubleshoot and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI agents

Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce & Development

Strong experience in Salesforce platform (Service Cloud / Data CLoud)

Proficiency in Apex,



Lightning Flows, Process Automation

Experience with API integrations and external system connectivity

AI & Agent Capabilities
Hands-on experience with Agent Orchestrator and Agent Flows

Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and conversational systems

Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, and AI orchestration frameworks

Platform-Agnostic AI Expertise

Experience working with AI tools/frameworks beyond Salesforce (e.g., Microsoft,
Azure AI, LangChain, etc.)
Ability to design agnostic, extensible AI architectures that are not
platform-locked

OtherSkills

Strong problem-solving and solution design mindset

Experience working in Agile environments (sprints, UAT, releases)
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

PreferredQualifications

Experience with Agentforce ecosystem/tools
Knowledge of Data Cloud and Service Cloud

Understanding of testing frameworks for AI systems and automation
Prior involvement in AI pilot (good to have)

Skill
Set Requirement

Strong hands on experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components
(LWC), and Salesforce configuration (Objects, Flows, Validation
Rules).

Good understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP), governor limits,
asynchronous Apex, and CI/CD using SFDX/Git.
