Department Overview

One-stop solution for all wedding requirements, Wedding Bazaar is India's first and largest marketplace with over 50,000 wedding service providers across various categories. The customer will find everything he/she needs to plan a perfect wedding, right from Caterers, Decorators, Bridal Make-up, Photography, Apparel, Jewellery, and Honeymoon Package etc., A full outright acquisition of Shaadisaga by Matrimony.com, has given an impetus to its presence in North and West and technological prowess in the wedding space arena making it the largest wedding services marketplace

Role Overview

The candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for business growth and creative problem-solving with experience in managing large,



cross-functional relationships externally and internally. We are looking for a candidate who brings high ownership and commitment to the role.The candidate would have end to end responsibility for the renewal sales, vendor experience & growth of their business with SS/Mandap/WB. This has a high impact and is central to building a great brand image of the organization in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing accounts of subscribed vendor partners
- Establishing great business relationships with vendors to ensure that they adhere to ShaadiSaga’s policies and re-subscribe to our services/packages
- Ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables promised to subscribed vendor partners
- Guiding vendors on how to structure & improve quality of their profiles, how to maximize their visibility on the portal and ensure business continuity
- Attending & ensuring timely resolution of vendor’s grievances
- Meeting required targets month-on-month basis & creating periodic reports for senior management to showcase key project performance metrics
- Working closely with other stakeholders within the organization to ensure speedy and quality delivery of services
- Suggesting new ideas and processes for more efficient outputs

Education and Experience

- Graduation & Above
- Preferred experience of 1-4 yrs in an e-commerce or internet company in a category management or project management or business development or account management role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
