Job Description:
- Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, manage support tickets (level support), and ensure timely resolution to minimise business impact.
- Provide support for out-of-hours' time zones, including the Americas (Houston) and the UK Contribute to Fenergo development tasks during sprints to support the Run the Bank team (depending on capacity).
- Analyse system logs, debug code, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve underlying issues.
- Work closely with development teams to facilitate system fixes and implement enhancements. Maintain system procedures, create knowledge base articles, and document recurring issues for future reference.
