Role Overview

We are looking for a Banking Operations Senior Analyst with strong experience in Payment Operations and Retail Banking Account Operations. The candidate will handle payment processing, reconciliation, investigations, servicing requests, and client/vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electronic payment processing, repairs, investigations, and reconciliation.
- Handle ACH, Wire, Cheque, Credit/Debit Card, and International Payments.
- Manage Cheque Reconciliation, Claims, Adjustments, Positive Pay, and Lockbox Operations.
- Handle servicing and maintenance requests within defined timelines.
- Interact with clients/vendors and resolve payment-related queries.
- Manage work allocation, team productivity, daily/monthly MIS and reports.
- Ensure compliance, quality, accuracy, and timely completion of critical payments.
- Support process improvement, automation/RPA, and reengineering initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Banking Operations / Payment Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Payment Processing and Execution.
- Experience in Payment Repair and Investigations.
- Strong knowledge of Payment Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of International Payments and Clearing Processes.
- Exposure to ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Cheque Payments.
- Experience in Cheque Reconciliation, Claims, Adjustments, Positive Pay, and Fraud-related processes.
- Knowledge of Lockbox Operations.
- Experience handling Servicing and Maintenance Requests.




- Good understanding of payment products, systems, and mechanisms.
- Solid client/vendor interaction and communication skills.
- Experience in team handling, work allocation, and operational delivery.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
