Job Role: Social Media Content Actor

Job Description

- Act as the on-camera talent and face of CareOff for social media content.
- Perform in Instagram Reels, short videos, skits, brand videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Portray different characters, situations, and emotions naturally according to the script.
- Deliver dialogues, expressions, reactions, and body language confidently on camera.
- Participate in trending Reels, lip-syncs, relatable skits, and other short-form social media formats.
- Work closely with the content and creative team to understand scripts, scenes, and characters.
- Follow direction from the director and content team during shoots.
- Be comfortable with multiple takes, retakes, and changes in dialogue or performance.
- Bring natural expressions, energy, and personality to every performance.
- Perform both scripted and improvised scenes when required.
- Maintain consistency in character, expressions, and performance across different takes.
- Be punctual, camera-ready, well-groomed, and professionally presented for every shoot.
- Be available for weekend and occasional evening shoots based on production requirements.
- Collaborate professionally with actors, content creators, videographers, editors, and the wider creative team.
- Accept feedback and continuously improve acting and on-camera performance.




- Participate in content related to family life, childcare, caregiving, and relatable everyday situations.
- Represent the CareOff brand professionally and positively across all content.

Required Skills

- Robust acting and on-camera performance skills.
- Natural screen presence and confidence.
- Excellent facial expressions and body language.
- Good dialogue delivery and voice modulation.
- Ability to portray different emotions and characters.
- Good improvisation skills.
- Ability to understand and follow direction.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and trending short-form content.
- Comfortable performing in front of a camera.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional.
- Willingness to participate in regular shoots and retakes.
- English and Hindi fluency required.
- Telugu language skills are an added advantage.

Eligibility & Portfolio Requirements

- Freshers can apply if they can demonstrate good on-camera acting ability.
- Instagram profile, showreel, acting clips, or self-shot Reels are mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable participating in regular social media shoots.
