Key Skills & Experience

- Solid knowledge of PLC, SCADA/DCS and Industrial Automation Systems

- Allen Bradley PLC programming is mandatory

- Programming knowledge in Ladder Logic

- Strong experience in Field Instrumentation

- Selection, installation, maintenance and calibration of instruments

- Experience in Greenfield / Brownfield Projects

- Troubleshooting and control settings of:

- PID Controllers

- Temperature Elements

- VFD Drives

- Alarm Annunciators & Timers

- Load Cell Systems

- pH Sensors & Transmitters

- Flow & Pressure Transmitters

- Level Transmitters

- Flow Indicators & Totalizers

- Ratio Controllers

- Control Valves & I/P Converters

- ON/OFF Valves and Control Wiring

- Preparation/review of instrument, PLC & SCADA datasheets

- Project activity planning and scheduling





Job Responsibilities

1. Overall responsibility for preventive and breakdown maintenance and instrument calibration as per ISO requirements.

2. Floating enquiries, obtaining quotations, technical evaluation/approval, installation and commissioning of instruments.

3. Handling new projects, including:

- P&ID; and Logic Diagram checking

- Control logic implementation

- Control wiring supervision

- Cable laying supervision

- JB Schedule preparation

- Cable Schedule preparation

- Lead and manage the Instrumentation Department covering both maintenance and projects.
