nAbout the Role
nLivspace is looking for energetic and customer-focused to join our Alliances & Partnerships team.
nAs a Sales Specialist, you will be stationed at assigned premium builder projects and will act as the face of Livspace at the property. You will own the complete customer journey—from the first interaction at the builder site to the final home interior booking.
nThis is a high-ownership role where you will collaborate with builder sales teams, engage prospective homeowners, drive Experience Centre visits, coordinate with Livspace designers, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
nKey Responsibilities
nProject Ownership
n* Own one or more assigned builder projects end-to-end.




n* Build strong working relationships with builder sales, CRM, and project teams.
n* Ensure seamless execution of all Livspace partnership activities at the assigned property.
nCustomer Engagement
n* Represent Livspace at the builder sales office.
n* Engage with prospective homebuyers visiting the project.
n* Explain Livspace's exclusive partnership advantages, offers, and interior solutions.
n* Capture customer information and qualify potential interior requirements.
nExperience Centre (ECV) Conversion
n* Drive customers to visit the Livspace Experience Centre.
n* Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits.
n* Follow up consistently to maximize Experience Centre visit conversions.
nSales Coordination
n* Work closely with Livspace Design Consultants and Sales teams after the customer's Experience Centre visit.
n* Ensure smooth handover and continuous customer engagement.
