Position : Accounts Executive

Qualifications : B.com/CA Inter

Experience: 1-3years

Salary : 20-35k per month

Accounting Software : Tally ERP

Roles and Responsibilities:-

â Core Accounting: Manage and execute all day-to-day accounting tasks, including

journal entries, ledger posting, and maintaining books of accounts, ensuring all

transactions are recorded on a real-time basis.

â Accounts Payable (AP): Handle the complete vendor payment cycle, including invoice

processing, verification, scheduling payments, and vendor ledger reconciliation.

â Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage the customer receivables process, including

raising invoices, tracking collections, and actively following up with customers for timely

payments.

â Banking & Cash Management: Perform daily bank reconciliations, manage banking

activities such as cheque deposits, and oversee the petty cash fund, including

disbursement, recording, and reconciliation.

â Record Keeping & Filing: Ensure systematic and timely filing of all accounting





documents, vouchers, bank statements, and other relevant records in an organized

manner.

â Compliance Support: Assist the senior team by providing necessary data and support

for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance workings.

â Reporting & Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator between the client and our

head office. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with senior management as per their

instructions.â Administrative Duties: Maintain employee attendance records and assist with other

assigned administrative tasks as needed.
