We are looking for an experienced and proactive Pharma Product Manager to lead our Product Management Team (PMT), focusing on Domestic Sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our product portfolio, specifically in the areas of Cardio-Diabetic

This role requires a strong marketing leader with a proven track record in brand management and promotional strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Planning & Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans aligned with market opportunities. Drive effective market positioning and differentiation of brands.

Promotional Strategy Development:
Create promotion strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Differentiate strategies for specialty products and manage brand portfolios.

Marketing Collaterals:
Oversee the development of visual aids, LBL materials, and other promotional tools. Manage sales team incentives and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Campaign Execution:




Design and implement targeted campaigns to enhance product performance. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

Sales & Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough stock and sales analysis by region. Leverage sales data insights to guide marketing and sales decisions.

Creativity & Innovation:
Provide cutting-edge solutions to address marketing challenges. Continuously refresh marketing strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Product Expertise:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product characteristics, benefits, and competitive positioning.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Demonstrate strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is added advantage
