Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager in the planning and execution of the project.

Read, interpret, and execute drawings and specifications accurately, with strong attention to detailing.

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, material lists, and timely material requisitions.

Ensure quality standards are maintained across RCC, finishing, and other site activities.

-
Prepare, monitor, and track task-level schedules to ensure timely project execution.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders as required.

Candidate Profile:

-
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Minimum 4 years of relevant site experience in Mumbai-based real estate / high-rise residential projects.

-
Solid hands-on experience in site execution, particularly RCC and finishing works.

-
Good understanding of drawings, specifications, quantities, and site-level planning.

-
Experience in piling / pile foundations will be an added advantage.
