Primary Purpose
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting international business development, institutional enrollment, and student recruitment efforts. This position is responsible for optimizing operations, managing key accounts,
and ensuring efficient execution of enrollment strategies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Specific Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Development Coordinators, Business Developers, and the Director of International Recruitment to streamline operations.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for international recruitment.
- Act as the primary liaison between recruitment teams and external partners.
- Manage incoming agent inquiries, ensuring seamless business relationships.
- Support agent and key account development, including handling escalations and problem-solving.
- Track and analyze KPIs, team targets, and performance metrics.
