Key Responsibilities:
- Job Postings and Sourcing:
- Composing job descriptions and advertising vacancies on various platforms such as job boards, company websites, and social media.
- Identifying potential candidates through networking, LinkedIn, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit by reviewing resumes and applications.
- Conducting preliminary phone screenings or face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Managing new hire procedures, including documentation, induction, and orientation.




- Facilitating smooth offboarding for departing employees and conducting exit interviews.
- Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts as a primary point of contact.
- Cultivating effective communication between employees and management to foster a positive work workplace.
- HR Administration:
- Maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Employer Branding:
- Implementing employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Engaging in social media, recruitment marketing, and networking to attract top talent.
