We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the complete marketing function and drive brand growth, lead generation, digital marketing, project launches and customer engagement.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute the overall Real Estate Marketing Strategy
✅ Lead Brand Building & Positioning
✅ Manage Digital & Performance Marketing campaigns
✅ Drive Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Management
✅ Plan and execute Real Estate Project Launches
✅ Manage Media Planning, Advertising & Marketing Budgets
✅ Track CPL, Marketing ROI, Lead Quality & Campaign Performance
✅ Conduct Market, Consumer & Competitor Research
✅ Work closely with Sales to improve Lead Conversion & Site Visits
✅ Develop Customer Engagement & Communication strategies
✅ Manage Marketing Agencies, Vendors & Media Partners




✅ Lead, mentor and manage the Marketing Team
✅ Identify new Marketing Opportunities & Growth Channels
✅ Prepare Marketing MIS & Performance Reports for Senior Management
