Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and inspire our team in achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in meeting brokers, sourcing RFQs, and engaging with corporate clients to develop and retain business. They will also ensure the maintenance of profitable loss ratios, EoM ratios, and a balanced product mix, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed GWP budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients.
- Source and secure RFQs, driving business development.
- Engage with corporate clients directly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement effective business retention strategies to maintain existing client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio.
- Monitor and manage loss ratios to ensure profitability.
- Maintain the desired EoM ratio as per organizational goals.




- Ensure a balanced product mix with the right EB and Non-EB ratio.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record in corporate sales.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of the insurance market and product offerings.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong networking skills and a well-established industry network.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
