- Perform ironing/pressing of garments according to the required temperature and pressing method.
- Check garments for wrinkles, stains, loose threads, defects, and finishing issues.
- Fold garments neatly according to the required folding method.
- Attach tags, labels, stickers, price tags, or other packing accessories as instructed.
- Pack garments into polybags, boxes, or cartons as per customer requirements.
- Ensure correct size, colour, style, and quantity before packing.
- Maintain packing quality and meet daily production targets.
- Handle garments carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
- Keep the ironing and packing work area clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures while operating irons, steam irons, and other equipment.
- Report quality issues, machine problems, or material shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
- Follow company rules, discipline, and attendance requirements.
