Location: Remote, India
Experience: 7–10 years

Position Summary:

We are seeking a modern, tech-forward Product Manager with good Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) exposure to join our product organization. This role goes beyond traditional functional product ownership. As a Product Manager in a technology-enabled organization, you are expected to deeply understand business problems and go the extra mile by leveraging technology, data, and AI-assisted tools to rapidly explore solutions, validate ideas, and accelerate delivery. Product Ownership is an inherent part of Product Management in this role. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of domain, technology, data, and execution, working closely with offshore engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & RCM Domain Expertise
Own product requirements end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and acceptance.
Demonstrate strong exposure to end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) practices, workflows, terminology, and industry standards.
Understand how clinical, operational, payer, and financial data interact across the revenue cycle.
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders and customers to deeply understand business problems and desired outcomes.

Requirements, Backlog & Agile Execution:

Analyze and document complex business needs and translate them into features, epics, and user stories.

Create current-state and future-state process flows to support solution design.
Maintain and prioritize a forward-looking product backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies.
Present requirements during sprint planning and grooming; unblock engineering teams and act as a proxy Product Manager when required.
Work closely with offshore development teams to clarify requirements during offshore hours.
Participate actively in grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Perform feature acceptance and final review prior to production release.

Technical Alignment:

Demonstrate a strong working understanding of underlying technologies, system architectures, and data flows.
Work closely with engineering to understand feasibility, technical trade-offs, and implementation constraints.
Participate in early technical discussions and feasibility spikes to reduce ambiguity and rework.
Ensure functional requirements are aligned with non-functional needs such as performance, security, scalability, and reporting.
Use modern tools and platforms, including AI-assisted tools, to accelerate solution exploration and decision-making.

Data, AI & Rapid Prototyping:

Use data analysis to support prioritization, roadmap decisions, and outcome measurement.
Define success metrics and track post-release impact.
Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based assistants) to:
Accelerate requirement analysis and documentation
Perform exploratory data analysis
Support technical understanding and solution exploration
Rapidly translate user requirements into low-fidelity prototypes (flows, wireframes, mockups) to validate ideas early.
Experiment with AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, and no/low-code tools to speed up discovery and iteration.
Stay current with emerging product, AI, and experimentation tools and apply them pragmatically.

Collaboration, Risk & Delivery:

Work across engineering, data, analytics, operations, and implementation teams to identify dependencies and resolve issues.
Identify risks early and support mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Demonstrate completed features and outcomes to stakeholders and clients.
Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with strong ownership and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

7–10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership roles.
Proven exposure to Healthcare RCM or Insurance domain.

Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
